Marzi Events & Marzi Holidays

1. Booking Confirmation and Attendance

• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received by Marzi Events.
• Seats are limited and are allotted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Tentative reservations without payment do not guarantee seat availability.
• We recommend reaching the venue 15 mins before the event to enjoy a full and seamless experience.
• Marzi events are designed and organized for 50+ age group. Marzi reserves the right to not allow entry to any participant below this age even with a booked ticket confirmation unless explicitly mentioned in the event.

2. No Refund Policy (Customer-Initiated Cancellation)

Once a booking is confirmed, no refund will be provided in case of cancellation by the participant for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Personal reasons
• Medical issues
• Scheduling conflicts
• Change of mind

No-shows on the day of the event will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable or non-transferrable to future events.

3. Cancellation by Organizer (Marzi Holidays)

In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by Marzi Events due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Operational constraints
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Insufficient participation
• Safety or medical advisories

Participants will be offered one of the following options:

• A full refund, OR
• An option to transfer the booking to the next available Marzi event of similar value or by paying the difference in value.

4. Event Transfer Option

• If a transfer option is chosen, it is subject to seat availability on the alternate event.
• Any price difference (higher or lower) will be adjusted accordingly.
• Transfers are permitted only in cases where Marzi Events initiates the cancellation.

5. Health, Medical & Personal Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their own health, fitness, and personal belongings throughout the event.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Marzi Events, its partners, and representatives are not liable for health complications arising due to undisclosed conditions.

6. Behavior & Discipline

Participants are expected to dress in smart casuals / elegant wear with closed footwear. We discourage any dress with offensive slogans or extremely casual attire.

Participants are expected to:

• Maintain decorum and respectful behaviour
• Respect fellow participants, local customs, religious practices, and guidelines
• Understand that this group is not a dating or matchmaking platform. Please refrain from using the event to seek romantic or personal relationships.
• Not share money, bank details, or personal financial information with anyone from the group.

If you choose to meet another member outside Marzi events, you do so entirely at your own risk. Marzi cannot take responsibility for any personal interactions or consequences.

Marzi Events reserves the right to remove any participant from the event for misconduct, indiscipline, or safety concerns without any refund.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a Marzi event, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.

8. Information We Collect

When users submit forms on our website, payment pages, WhatsApp flows, or other channels, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Age or demographic information (if relevant)
• Health-related disclosures (only when required for trip safety)
• Other information specific to the form or service

9. How We Use Your Information

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

a. Event Management — Event confirmations, updates, reminders, and logistics coordination.

b. Marketing & Communication — Newsletters, promotional offers, Marzi community updates, social media platforms or any other content channels.

c. Community & Directory (Where Applicable) — Inclusion in member directories (only for applicable forms).

d. Partnerships & Enablement — Connecting users with relevant partners to facilitate experiences.

e. Analytics & Improvement — Analyzing user behaviour to improve products, trips, and services.

f. Research & Insights — Sharing anonymized and aggregated data with third-party research institutions, where applicable.

10. Media & Digital Likeness

By participating in Marzi events, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. Marzi reserves the right to use these photos, videos, and audio recordings in perpetuity and worldwide for promotional and marketing purposes across all digital and physical platforms. This includes the right to adapt, modify, or transform this media into digital formats or AI-assisted content (voice or video likeness) for brand storytelling, provided it is used respectfully and solely for Marzi's promotional activities.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information.

12. Third-Party Disclosure

We may share data with trusted third-party service providers such as:

• Payment gateways
• CRM systems
• Email or WhatsApp communication platforms
• Event and travel partners

These partners are required to maintain confidentiality and use the data solely for service delivery.
